Add a de minimis tag

{{Editrequest}} The image includes copyrighted ads, and freedom of panorama in Denmark is allowed with respect to artistic content in public places only for non-commercial uses, which is not compatible with the Commons license. The image would still be usable under Commons:De minimis, but this should be labeled as such.
