Key needs "neutral" color

It's not explained what the gray countries are, even though it's fairly apparent. And Antarctica seems to have two shades of gray. JPEG artefacts - convert to SVG?

The underlying map has prominent JPEG artefacts. This is most prominent around Antarctica, but the black border also has some, and some of the country borders have an odd, inconsistent blue color.

Editing that map by hand is dead simple, but it'd help to have a list of which countries are supposed to be what color. For anyone following along, coloring the map involves adding CSS like the following to the style section at the top. Note that the .eu and .eaeu styles affect all countries belonging to those unions. Nice find. I don't know if Odemirense will be interested in updating it, though, since it's no longer used at w:Cold War II. clpo13_(talk) 23:02, 11 July 2018 (UTC)

Suriname is U.S. alligned now. Kazakhstan and Uzbekistan should be purple.
