@Лобачев Владимир: Look at this stamp. This stamp was published in 1981. In a larger version of this stamp, this stamp showed the inscription "Аҧснытәи АССР" in white script. Most of the ASSR issued regulation on their emblem in 1981, so this version was used since 1981. I'm not very sure about this myself.....--Jeromi Mikhael (talk) 12:50, 23 October 2018 (UTC)
