Is this really a "photo", as indicated/implied by the {{Teadusfoto 2012}} template? I assumed it was a computer-generated illustration. Can someone clarify in the description? - dcljr (talk) 10:25, 30 January 2013 (UTC)

In my opinion it's a high-resolution optical image obtained by Confocal laser scanning microscopy. The image was acquired point-by-point and reconstructed with a computer, allowing three-dimensional reconstructions. Jacopo Werther ^iγ∂ψ=mψ 19:14, 30 January 2013 (UTC)
