Problems

There's no face on the sun (pretty sure there should be), and I doubt the gradients should be there. Will get to it later if nobody else does. ¦ Reisio 15:22, 17 December 2005 (UTC)

In order to prevent further reverts, I think the uploaders should specify the sources where they have obtained the specific colours. In Reisio's version the yellow tone seems to be Pantone 109C which is the recommendation of the Flag Institute for the 'general' yellow; I'm not sure about the blue though, and I've seen mostly darker tones used, as in [1], [2] and [3]. Denelson83's blue tone seems to be from FOTW but the proportions were slightly incorrect in that version. The face and borders of the sun are also often black. One option is to use Flag Institute's recommendation Pantone 286C as blue if there is no other source. –Vzb83 15:47, 9 February 2006 (UTC)

Version of Jan-06-2007

I've uploaded a manually coded version, dimensions and colors according to http://www.vexilla-mundi.com/uruguay.htm. But as suggested above, I've used a Pantone approximation of 286C for the blue stripes, since Pantone 295 is way too dark on most computer screens.
The design of the sun is based on https://www.fotw.info/flags/uy.html#flag. In previous versions, the sun was a little too large. --Pumbaa 17:53, 6 January 2007 (UTC)
