Species (binomen)? Found -where? -when? --Itu (talk) 07:43, 13 December 2015 (UTC)[reply]

Not sure what you're asking, but I think what you're looking for is under the English description. FunkMonk (talk) 07:48, 13 December 2015 (UTC)[reply]
1. Every known species has unambigious, scientific, two-part name
2. Its nice to know which museum is exhibiting it. But much more interesting is where the bones were digged up (,and when)
Right ...1. is in fact in the english description ... copied --Itu (talk) 12:18, 14 December 2015 (UTC)[reply]
This is just a cast, not actual bones, but they seem to be based on specimen AMNH 650, which is apparently a composite of several individuals... FunkMonk (talk) 15:16, 14 December 2015 (UTC)[reply]
This kind of information should be somehow described or linked overleaf. --Itu (talk) 07:09, 15 December 2015 (UTC)[reply]
Well, someone has to do it... We have millions of images. But if you're up to the task, such info can often be found and copied from the captions of the images in the English (and Dutch) Wikipedias, which are the most comprehensive with such info. FunkMonk (talk) 08:29, 15 December 2015 (UTC)[reply]
