Русский: Аттестат бывшей повивальной бабки I-го разряда Петроградской столичной полиции Александры Ивановны Веселаго (урожд. Савицкой), окончившей курсы в Повивальном институте при Петроградском родовспомогательном заведении Ведомства учреждений императрицы Марии (так называемые Надеждинские курсы), выданный в 1915 году.
Українська: Атестат колишньої повивальної бабки I-го розряду Петроградської столичної поліції Олександри Іванівни Веселаго (уродж. Савицької), яка закінчила курси в Повивальному інституті при Петроградському родопомічному закладі Відомства установ імператриці Марії, виданий в 1915 році.
