| Description |
The 2nd generation New Yorkers were built from 1949-54, The New Yorker was the upper spec 8 cylinder model. Base model was the Windsor, then Saratoga and top spec was the Crown Imperial. A major facelift to the New Yorker in 1953 saw a less bulky look, new fenders and 1 piece windshield. (available in Standard or Deluxe) In 1954 it got a front end update and new chrome.(now only available in Deluxe) Engine; 323 cu in inline 8 cyl (195hp in Standard and 235hp in Deluxe) |
