Українська: В лазуровому з золотою облямівкою тлі на срібному хвилястому підніжжі безвітрильна золота у шість чорних весел галера, що її супроводжує у главі щита золота архієрейська митра на двох золотих навхрест покладених патерицях; щит увінчаний срібною у три зубця баштоподібною короною і покладений на два навхрест покладені золоті якорі, перев'язані стрічкою ордена святого благовірного князя Олександра Невського.
English: Azure, within a bordure Or, on a base wavy Argent a sailless galley Or, six-oared Sable, on honour point a bishop's mitre upon two crosiers saltirewise, all Or; for a crest, a crown tower-like embattled of three merlons Argent; the whole upon two anchors saltirewise Or tied with the ribbon Gules (for the Order of St. Alexander of Neva).
