ไทย: ธงลูกเสือจังหวัด สร้างตามภาพต้นแบบจาก File:Colours_of_Thai_Provincial_Scout.jpg และตามความบรรยายในพระราชบัญญัติธง พ.ศ. 2522 ซึ่งเป็นกฎหมายว่าด้วยธงของประเทศไทยที่ใช้อยู่ในปัจจุบัน องค์ประกอบของภาพได้จากไฟล์ดังต่อไปนี้

ลักษณะของธงตามความบรรยายในพระราชบัญญัติธง พ.ศ. 2522 มีดังนี้

มาตรา 39 ธงลูกเสือจังหวัด มีลักษณะและสีอย่างเดียวกับธงชาติ แต่ผืนธงกว้าง 40 เซนติเมตร ยาว 60 เซนติเมตร ตรงกลางของผืนธงมี ดวงกลมสีเหลืองขนาดเส้นผ่าศูนย์กลางยาว 27 เซนติเมตร มีขอบรอบดวงกลม เป็นสีดำ 2 ขอบซ้อนกัน ขอบนอกกว้าง 2 มิลลิเมตร ขอบในกว้าง 1 มิลลิเมตร ระยะระหว่างขอบนอกกับขอบในห่างกัน 2 มิลลิเมตร ตรงกลางของดวงกลม มีตราคณะลูกเสือแห่งชาติเป็นสีเหลือง และใต้ตรานั้นให้มีชื่อจังหวัดเป็นอักษรสีดำ
