Čeština: Vlajka města Nepomuk, okres Plzeň-jih. Šikmo dělený bílo–modrý list s pěti šesticípými do kruhu položenými žlutými hvězdami v bílém poli. Průměr hvězdy je 1/7 šířky listu.
