This is a photograph of an architectural monument.
It is on the list of cultural monuments of Seestermühe, no. 2742.

Deutsch: Seestermühe (Schleswig-Holstein) – Stiegstück 11 - Sogenanntes Teehaus, barocker Bau um 1760

- Am Ende der zum Gut Seestermühe gehörenden Lindenalle befindet sich das sogenannte Teehaus. Es ist ein verputzter Backsteinbau, der vermutlich nach den Plänen von Ernst Georg Sonnin nach 1760 errichtet wurde. 1818 wurde der Innenraum neu gestaltet. Nach einer Sanierung im Jahr 1927 gelangte das Gebäude unter Heimatschutz (heute Denkmalschutz). Weitere Sanierungen erfolgten in den 1960er Jahren und 1981. Seit 1981 ist im Teehaus eine Wohnung eingebaut.

- Der Pavillon steht auf rechteckigem Grundriss mit abgeschrägten Ecken. Er ist durch gebrochene Eckpilaster und Blenden strukturiert. Ein durchgehendes Gesims über den schmalen Fenstern gliedert den Bau in der Horizontalen. Im Zentrum zeigt eine zweiflügelige von einer Putzfasche gerahmte Eingangstür zur Lindenallee. Die der Lindenalle abgewandte Seite ist ungegliedert.

- Ein flaches, geschweiftes Dach schließt den Bau nach oben ab. Eine Wetterfahne an der Spitze trägt die ausgestanzte Inschrift F. C. V. K. 1818 (Initialen von Friedrich C. Graf von Kielmansegg, 1818 ist das Jahr der Umgestaltung des Innenraums).
