This message is used by Special:Preferences in the "Appearance" tab, section "Files".

Note default size

According to Commons:Village_pump#Default_thumbnailsize, the default is 220px. To make it easier for users to switch it back to that, I like to suggest adding it here:

Thumbnail size:<br/>''(default: 220px)''
