More maps for UN regions[edit]

The United Nations Statistics Division groups the countries into "macro geographical (continental) regions, geographical sub-regions, and selected economic and other groupings" (http://unstats.un.org/unsd/methods/m49/m49regin.htm). It would be great to have "Grey-green orthographic projections maps" for each of these groups.

Focusing into regions and subregions, I have noticed that the next ones don't have an associated "Grey-green map": Eastern Africa, Middle Africa, Northern Africa, Southern Africa, Western Africa, Latin America and the Caribbean (there is a very similar one but without Guyana), Caribbean, Northern America, Eastern Europe, Northern Europe, Western Europe, Australia and New Zealand, Melanesia, Micronesia, Polynesia.

I hope anyone can complete these great set of maps. Thanks.

Eritrea[edit]

Hey, I just noticed that some of the African maps (Uganda, Kenya, Zambia, Lesotho, Mozambique, most Central African states, Egpyt, Libya, Western Sahara, most West African states) don't appear to show Eritrea? --128.232.231.139 22:48, 2 May 2013 (UTC)[reply]

Older maps of this type may contain various issues such as missing Eritrea and South Sudan, the former border btw the tow Yemens, the now dissolved Neutral Zone between Iraq and Saudia Arabia, missing borders in the Israel/Gaza/Golan area, and the fact that Moldava borders the sea though it doesn't, etc.... More Maps for European countries[edit]

Some Grey-green maps for European countries are missing such as Italy or Netherlands. Hopefully they will be created soon.
