Manuscript cancel, a postal marking but also postmark?[edit]

Just an idea: include manuscript cancels? I am asking because can a pen cancel be considered a postmark? According Wikipedia definition: A postal marking is any kind of annotation applied to a letter by a postal service. However: A postmark is a postal marking made on a letter, package, postcard or the like indicating the date and time that the item was delivered into the care of the postal service. Linear postmarks vs Straight line cancel[edit]
