I loaded up some Flags in a Vista Style that I designed - PNG fromat and ICO fromat - I came back today to find that they have been take off - is this soem from of editorial policy ?

Every user can nominate a picture for deletion and every user can sign for this deletion. An admin deletes the picture after that voting. Some picture will be deleted without voting if a copyright violation is obviously.
