  • in the normal case where all= is not defined, the names are matching only the existing unified categories for French regions (in the prefered order), but are all displaying the latest official names in French only.

The tricky cases needed for conversion are already handled by tests.

PLEASE DON'T FIX THE TESTED NAMES WITHOUT CARE!!!

Some users have made pseudo-"fixes" that just broke the navigation or existing unification of names between categories!!!

  • in the all=1 case: they are used temporarily for maintenance purpose (normally only in parent categories listing all regions in order to facilitate the creation or renaming of subcategories) to detect existing alternate names in both English and French and this displays the various names used in categories (the 1st one being the preferred one for creation or unification, the others being alternate names in preferred order), even if all these categories still don't exist or if they are just redirects:
