@NickK: [1] are you sure this is actually used for the Switzerland contest? i tried it out (see [2] with German language/interface), but there is only an english intro. Following Template:Upload campaign header wle-ch/en, maybe you could create Template:Upload campaign header wle-ch/de instead?

Your change is, at least at the moment, irrelevant for the German contest because it is finished for 2017, of course. But i think we will need the old text back next year …and what will happen if German and Swiss contests would run in parallel then? Please note that the old text was far more clear, and this plays an important role for the really high amount of files with identifiable protected areas we achieve from Germany.
