Image deletions

Hello. Please note that you cannot release your images cc-by-sa to Wikipedia only. If you release an image cc-by-sa, you allow anybody to use the image for any purpose, including commercial use and derivative work. I am personally inclined to delete them, but they should be either deleted also from Wikipedia, or also stay here on Commons. -- Bryan (talk to me) 22:04, 15 July 2007 (UTC)

I uploaded believing i could upload on behalf of a close relation (father)..he recently checked wikipedia and saw it and traced all the other pictures. I uploaded under gfdl, stupidly. now some german guy is saying i cant delete them. but my father is now very angry and threatening all sorts of legal action and such.
