Replace ASCII quotes with typographic versions[edit]

Actually more a suggestion: In the English part replace "proceed" with “proceed” and in the Croatian part do same with the analogue: from "nastavi" to „nastavi”.

Partially done I have implemented the Croatian portion of the request on the assumption that those are what are commonly used in writing Croatian. However, I'm not convinced it's a net win for English... straight quotes are known to work pretty much everywhere, but curly quotes are not. It's a matter of preference, but in case they display weirdly with unicode errors for some browsers (e.g. Lynx on a non-unicode terminal?) I'm not sure we should break with the style used for the vast majority of the examples at w:Wikipedia:Manual_of_Style#Quotation_marks. I'm not suggesting it's likely to break or that AjaxQuickDelete is likely to be used from a browser/terminal combination where it would show up poorly, but I don't think it's enough of a clear win to take the chance. I assume that users speaking languages where unicode is used will have correctly set up their environment, so I don't think this double standard is too worrying. - @Storkk, just as remark: I can not judge that, but at least in Template:File renaming reasons/i18n typographic quotes are used – and this template is (beside embedding in Commons:File renaming#Which files should be renamed?) called in the script, which is started for users, who do not have file mover rights: MediaWiki:RenameRequest.js (you will find there only Template:File renaming reasons/render). — Speravir_Talk – 17:31, 23 June 2016 (UTC)

Diese Aktionen sind notwendig für einen normalen Löschantrag.

* будет создана отдельная Страница обсуждения запроса на удаление;
* страница обсуждения будет добавлена в ежедневный журнал наблюдений;
* [[Template:Idw|загрузивший(-ая) файл будет оповещён(-ена) о запросе на предпочитаемом языке]] за вашей подписью или вашим [[:ru:IP-адрес|IP-адресом]], если вы [[Special:UserLogin|не авторизовались]].
Все перечисленные шаги необходимо выполнять для каждого обычного запроса на удаление.
Пожалуйста, убедитесь, что ваш запрос соответствует нашей [[COM:D/ru|политике удалений]] .
