Please sign your name on Talk pages by typing ~~~~. To link to an image page without embedding the image, type: [[:File:Foo.jpg]], which produces: File:Foo.jpg. You may enable gadgets (custom features) for your account. There are several tools to upload files. Have you edited Wikipedia before? This guide might be useful. Made a mistake? Do you want to have a file renamed or moved? Use the move link and wait for an authorized user to rename it. Do you want to have your recently uploaded picture removed? Tag it as {{speedy|reason here}}. For more information read the deletion guidelines.

The image on ro.wikipedia, w:ro:Fişier:Masonvalecotton.jpg is already a copyright violation. The image is sourced to "google.ro", which is not a source, and does not have a license. The image must be free for every purpose including commercial use, thats not the case here because the copyright holder (not google...) did not agree to commercial reuse in written form. --Martin H. Hi 5desperate, thanks for your understanding, your conclusion is perfectly correct. Contacting the copyright holder is a good idea. An answer from the copyright holder is positiv, if he/she confirms copyright (and if this is reasonable, in case of an official website it should be reasonable enough) and if the copyright holder agrees to a free licensing. Please note, that a free license allows everyone to reuse the image, not only Wikipedia. So you can make your question attractive whith the name "Wikipedia", but you should ask, if they would grant permission to everyone to use their image for every purpose as long as they, or their website, is attributed ({{Attribution}}) or more complicated a free license, see Commons:License tags. If you have a positiv answer, you should follow COM:OTRS:

• Forward your email correspondence to OTRS, it will be handled confidential
• Upload your image with the license the copyright holder agreed to, mark your images with {{OTRS-pending}}, this will prevent the deletion
• The OTRS volunteer will review the Email and confirm the copyright status.
