RAF Cardington[edit]

Hi Liboharz, I hope you don't mind but I submitted one of your photos to Quality images candidates: File:RAF-Cardington-Shed01.jpg. The process recognises particularly good pictures and I thought your photo fitted the criteria. I would have asked but you hadn't edited since late December so I thought you might not be around. In the meantime, one of the pictures you uploaded within the past few hours went through the same Quality images process and was quickly promoted. So keep up the good work with the photography! Thanks for nominating my photo, I'm really quite surprised since that was one of the first photos I took when I got into photography and I knew next to nothing about taking quality images. I actually uploaded that full photo of the hangars because my friend Lewis Hulbert notified me that my photo had been nominated and suggested I upload the full one. Thanks again, and, it's iiboharz, not liboharz! ;) --Iiboharz (talk) 01:58, 5 February 2014 (UTC)[reply]
Looking at other images in the category, it could probably be a VI too. The angle it's taken at gives a better view of the sheds, which must be more valuable than the others. Lewis Hulbert (talk) 11:40, 5 February 2014 (UTC)[reply]

September 2019: it's Wiki Loves Monuments time again![edit]

Hi

You're receiving this message because you've previously contributed to the annual Wiki Loves Monuments contest in the UK. We'd be delighted if you would do so again this year and help record our local built environment for future generations.

You can find more details at the Wiki Loves Monuments UK website. Or, if you have images taken in other countries, you can check the international options. This year's contest runs until 30 September 2019.

Many thanks for your help once more! MichaelMaggs (talk) 15:35, 3 September 2019 (UTC)[reply]
