Uploaded as "own work", but it is postcard dated August 1919 by professional photographer Frank Packer who died circa 1970, so still under copyright. BabelStone (talk) 12:37, 9 September 2012 (UTC)[reply]

I concur that all images referred to in this deletion request have erronously been tagged as 'own work' (if that is indeed the case) and that this is therefore a valid deletion request based on my current understanding of UK copyright law and wikimedia's rules.The locster (talk) 23:03, 9 September 2012 (UTC)[reply]
