English: Media related to Utah State Route 28 (SR-28), a 43.6684-mile (70.2775 km) state highway in central Utah, United States that connects U.S. Route 89 in Gunnison with Interstate 15 (I-15) in Juab County (just north of Nephi). The northernmost 4.85-mile (7.81 km) of the route is also the Nephi Interstate 15 Business Loop.
Until 1969 the northern terminus was at U.S. Route 91 (Utah State Route 1) in Levan. In 1969 SR-28 was extended north to the I-15 interchange south of Nephi, but in 2006 it extended north again to the I-15 interchange north of Nephi. In 1969 SR-28 was extended south (along U.S Route 89) to the Interstate 70 (Utah State Route 4) interchange south of Salina, but truncated back to its former (and current) southern terminus in 1977.
