rename proposal --> Elizabeth II
[edit]I suggest that this category and its subcategories be renamed to Category:Elizabeth II there is no need to disambiguate and in so doing the disambiguation creates a bais against the other realms. The use of a disambiguation has been discussed extensively over on en:wikipedia which resulted in the article there being moved because ... the "of the United Kingdom" suffix serves no disambiguative purpose. - Oppose. The British monarchs follow a set format "XXX of the United Kingdom". Her son won't be under the article name "Charles III" either. Gryffindor (talk) 21:41, 7 May 2010 (UTC)
- what policy says this? Gnangarra 01:26, 8 May 2010 (UTC)
- Oppose When looking in en:Elizabeth II (disambiguation) and the interwiki's, there are several Elisabeth II's. In an international context, Elisabeth II makes no sense. --Foroa (talk) 18:11, 26 May 2010 (UTC)
- Not done because there are others Elizabeth IIs and may cause confusion. --Diego Grez return fire 16:33, 13 June 2010 (UTC)
