The author of this photography is well known. His name was Piotr Barącz an he published this and other Rubinstein photos in magazine "Polska" and at two personal exhibitions of Rubinstein photos. He died in 1991 and his son has got all rights for his father's photos. Photo agency East News is thet only place represented this collection worldwide. We've got the original Barącz's photographic films from Rubinstein visit in Warsaw in 1960. This image was scanned from a book, published in Poland in the year 1988, also before 1993.
This image belongs on the basis of the Rights of the Polish Republic to the public domain and can be not removed. --Szczebrzeszynski (talk) 11:50, 9 May 2019 (UTC)[reply]
