As a rough guideline, administrators usually require editors to have made more than 500 useful non-botlike edits, and to have been active in the last thirty days. Patrollers and License reviewers don't have to request this flag. Find possible candidates.

Mainly an en-wiki editor, asking for autopatrol in order to replace the many images in Category:Kitāb Ṣuwar al-kawākib (al-thābitah) (Bodleian Library MS. Marsh 144) with higher-quality versions from the same source, as well as other works in the Bodleian Library with similar encyclopedic value which might benefit from similar improvements. I am requesting autopatrol rights on Wikimedia Commons. I have made over 1,500 edits on Wikimedia Commons, including uploading images and creating categories. I lost the password to my old account, Pharexia, and am unable to correct errors in my uploads. I am an experienced editor and have a good understanding of Wikimedia Commons policies. I would like to be able to upload images without them being reviewed by other users. Please note I have also requested filemover rights on Wikimedia Commons, as I have held off on renaming files until I can also upload revisions of the files. Thank you. Requesting because I tried to make an update to a file I've already edited a few years ago but was hit with a new (to me) "file overwriting not allowed" error message. Been editing Wikipedia projects for nearly two decades now: mostly the English Wiktionary and Classical Syriac Wikipedia, the latter of which I am an administrator. Occasionally edit the Commons but I would honestly rather just have autopatrol rights rather than going through the hassle of making requests when I have to. I have started collaborating with Commons in 2017. I now have over 4,000 edits, including over 1,000 photos uploaded. I'm requesting Autopilot privileges because I was trying to upload a less saturated version of Image:Big_cat_is_big_(52132560303).jpg (which looks really icky! that's a terrible job on a great photo) and it would be good to be able to do so without having to request for specific photo permission. I post freely licensed images that are published on websites by governments such as Japan and US. Sometimes I find higher quality versions of images on Wikimedia Commons. I tried to overwrite it with a higher quality version, but I can't because it's not allowed. So I request autopatroller right. Having been an autopatroller and rollbacker for quite some time now, I believe I can confidently distinguish between a constructive edit and one that constitutes vandalism or, at the very least, has not been made in good faith. As a military archivist, I regularly see many files incorrectly named - ranging from basic typos, incorrect military units or terminology - right through to the obviously meaningless or ambiguous names. I have made a significant number of rename requests, and to the best of my knowledge, have never had a rename request rejected. However, I am aware that I might sometimes overload current filemovers (I sometimes see backlogs), so I would be happy to take on the role myself. Thank you.
