Importing content other than files
The transwiki transclusion feature needs to be enabled for cross-wiki transclusion of templates and pages.
Transferring of any content other than files should be done by administrators or those with a flag that offer the
import function (such as Importer or Transwiki-importer). Transferring of content should not be done by any method other than direct importing, to ensure that the original history is copied along with the transfer.
It is recommended to place a notice on the related local talkpage (of the content to be imported) about a week before transferring, so that users have sufficient time to discuss any potential issues on the migration (such as global account issues, usage instructions, etc).
