Wiki Loves Earth is an international photographic competition to promote natural heritage sites around the World through Wikimedia projects (mainly Wikipedia and Wikimedia Commons). Everybody can participate. There are a lot of natural heritage sited in all participating countries. The goal of Wiki Loves Earth is to encourage people to take pictures of those natural sites, and to put them under a free licence so that others may access them through the Internet. To achieve that, an international contest will take place in June 2014. This page introduces the Algerian part of this competition.
In June, you may upload as many picture as you want of natural sites that you have visited. Pictures don't have to be taken in June, but must be uploaded that month to be considered. Provide your photo with {{Wiki Loves Earth 2014|dz}} template. At the end of the month, the contest jury will begin evaluating the photographs and will choose the best 10 pictures of the natural site in Algeria, and ultimately in the world.

هناك العديد من الأماكن الطبيعية الخلابة في جميع الدول المشاركة. الهدف من وكيبيديا تحب الأرض هو تشجيع الناس لإلتقاط صور لهذه الأماكن الطبيعية و وضعها حرة المصدر لكي يتمكن الجميع الإطلاع عليها من خلال الأنترنت.لإتمام ذلك،تطلق مسابقة دولية في مايو 2014.هذه الصفحة مخصصة لدولة الجزائر.
خلال شهر ماي تستطيع رفع ما تشاء من صور لأماكن طبيعية قد زرتها.ليس من الضروري أن تكون الصور التقطت خلال شهر ماي،لكن يجب أن ترفع خلال هذا الشهر كي تحسب.في نهاية الشهر،لجنة حكام المسابقة تختار أفضل عشر صور لأماكن طبيعية في الجزائر ثم في العالم
