Deutsch: „König Heinrich VII. verleiht dem Marienstift zu Aachen innerhalb des dortigen Stadtbezirks, welche der Reichsministerial Wilhelm genannt Bayer (Bavarus) von ihm zu Lehen getragen und dem Stift verkauft hat. Zeugen: Die Erzbischöfe Sifrid von Mainz, Heinrich von Köln, Theoderich von Trier, Herzog Ludwig von Bayern, Landgraf Ludwig von Thüringen. Acta sunt hec anno dom. M. C. C.
