Summary[edit]

Description
Deutsch: Typ 30, Prototyp der »Lowa-Wagen«. Nur die Wagen für Leipzig wurden als Einrichtungswagen mit Busbestuhlung und ohne Winschutzwände gebaut. Die Prototypen erhielten robuste Bodenrahmen mit Langträgern aus Walzprofilen, das Problem des durchgebogenen Wagenkastens trat bei ihnen nicht auf. Die gewölbten Türen sind ein typisches Merkmal der Wagen aus Werdau.
Rechts der Wagen 608, ein Pullmanbeiwagen des Typs 56 mit Wagenkasten in Holzbauart beim Wiederaufbau im Lieferzustand. Die Wagen mit Holz- und Stahlwagenkästen wurden bei den Typen 22 und 56 nicht durch unterschiedliche Bezeichnungen unterschieden.
