English: The crew of a C-17 Globemaster III from Altus Air Force Base, Okla., that deliverd 10 pallets of building materials and food to Port-au-Prince, Haiti, Feb. 19, in support of relief operations. The building materials and food were donated by the Apostolic Christian World Relief organiation, and scheduled for delivery by the Denton program. The Denton Program allows private U.S. citizens and organizations to use space available on U.S. military cargo planes to transport humanitarian goods, such as clothing, food, medical and educational supplies, and agricultural equipment and vehicles, to countries in need. |
