What was worse, the train got goingone hundred and fifty miles an hour, and pullingthe connecting-rope, it broke, and the cars got offthe track, and leaped on again, and the stovechanged places with the wood-box. and thingsseemed going to terrible split and unmitigatedsmash. The cities flew past. The brakes werepowerless.
