Due to delays caused by the weather and slow deliveries of materials, the bridgewas not completed until February 23, 1920. According to the original plans therewere 130.5 cubic yards of class A concrete, 71.0 cubic yards of class B concrete,22.0 cubic yards of class C,; concrete, 19,420 pounds of reinforcing steel, and 660lineal feet of untreated timber piling. On account of the change in the abutmentsnoted above, the final quantities were 138.5 cubic ^ards of class A concrete,63.0 cubic yards of class B concrete, 84.0 cubic yards of class C concrete and19,420 pounds of reinforcing steel. The total net cost of building this bridge was $7,882.53-. If the lowest bid hadbeen accepted, the cost, including extras, would have been $9,846.
