Mark Grahmann, of Cypress, Headquarters Company, 72nd Infantry Brigade Combat Team, inspect the progress of construction at the new Al Salam Secondary School for Boys in the International Zone, Baghdad, Iraq, Jan. 11. "We are here strictly for oversight," said Grhamann. "This project is completely funded by the Iraqi Government." Once construction of the school is completed, the school's six buildings will include 18 class-rooms and six labs for sixth through twelfth grade students and will serve the children of the individuals living in what is known as the 215 apartment complex in the IZ. |
