English: Lowering of Szarvas tér in 1893, the photograph shows the junction of Apród utca with houses nos. 10. (the house of Benedek Virág with a plaque on the façade), 8. and 6., the corner house (no. 7) is on the left. Print published by György Klösz in 1894. Shops: Arany Szarvas bakery of Lajos Róth (no. 10), Lajos Malek flour, salt, grist and bran shop (no. 8). Advertisements: bakery of Lajós Róth, Badovinsky photography studio, Alajos Ott plumber and tinker, Sándor Palaczk tailor (all working in no. 10).
Magyar: A Szarvas tér leásása 1893-ban, a fénykép az Apród utca torkolatát mutatja a 10-es (Virág Benedek háza emléktáblával a homlokzatán), 8-as, 6-os és 7-es (bal szélen) számú épülettel. Klösz György 1894-ben kiadott műlapja. Üzletek: Róth Lajos Arany Szarvas sütödéje (10-es szám), Malek Lajos liszt, só, dara és korpa kereskedés (8-as szám).
