Description Center for Rural Affairs Executive Director Chuck Hassebrook, was one of several people to ask U.S. Department of Agriculture (USDA) Secretary Tom Vilsack, a question after the Secretary’s keynote address, at the Rural Wealth Creation and Livelihoods national conference for practitioners, researchers and policymakers, held at the Dupont Hotel, Washington DC, on Monday October 3, 2011. USDA partnered with the Ford Foundation to sponsor the conference. USDA Photo by Lance Cheung.
