Manuel Camargo, from Coast Guard Sector Boston, reads a certificate saying the flag being held by Seaman Alan Lane, also from Sector Boston, was flown aboard the Coast Guard Cutter Escanaba on Veteran's Day, as retired Navy chief petty officer Bob Hanafin, the director of operations for the center, and Petty Officer 1st Class Michael Alexander, from the First Coast Guard District in Boston, listen during the presentation at the New England Center for Homeless Veterans in Boston, Monday, Nov. 22, 2010. The flag has also been flown at the Sather Air Base in Baghdad, Iraq, the Bagram Air Base in Afghanistan, and aboard the USS Constitution in Boston.
