Description

English: U.S. Army 1st Lt. Cassandra McGinnis explains the mission and accomplishments of the 1132nd Well Drillers at the Assamo well drilling site and primary school to flag officers attending the 2007 Capstone course and visiting the Combined Joint Task Force-Horn of Africa area of responsibility in Djibouti. The objective of the Capstone course is to make newly selected flag officers more effective in planning and employing U.S. Forces in unified joint and multi-national operations and more knowledgeable of when and how these operations support national strategy and policy. CJTF-HOA conducts unified action in the Combined Joint Operations Area-Horn of Africa to prevent conflict, promote regional stability and protect coalition interests in order to prevail against extremism.
