He will have associated with him Charles N.Gilmore and Howard W. Gillett, who also were con-nected with the Pittsburgh Lamp, Brass and GlassCo.—the former to cover the Northwest, and thelatter the Middle West, with Chicago as headquarters.Herbert Green, formerly with the W.
