Description	Nederlands: Collectie / Archief : Fotocollectie Dienst voor Legercontacten Indonesië Reportage / Serie : [DLC] Vlaguitreiking Balong bij Madioen door Gen. Maj. Baay Beschrijving : Dinsdag overhandigde generaal-majoor W. J. K. Baay namens Z.K.H. Prins Bernhard een vlag aan eewpéloton van 2e Cie., 422 e bat. inf. te Balong (O. Java). De vlag werd geschonken naar aanleiding van, een brief aan Prins Bernhard van de sold. H. J. Chaudron' uit Leiden. De Prins verzocht het hele peloton de vlag op Soestdijk te komen overhandigen na terugkeer in het vaderland. De vlag werd aangenomen door de pel. commandant, de Ut. R.V.D. Giesen uit Doesburg. Het geheel werd muzikaal opgeluisterd door het pijpercorps van de A-divisie.
