English: Downhill path This footpath no longer follows the alignment shown on the 1972 1:50000 map, which angled down the adjacent field to the left. The current alignment makes sensible use of an established field boundary instead. On the hill to the right can be seen Rempstone Church which is a rare example of a complete Georgian church. In the valley the King's Brook marks the boundary between Leicestershire and Nottinghamshire. |
