| Description |
English: Known as "the Great Cackler," Geb was said to have laid the cosmic egg that contained the sun and, thus, was honored as the father of the gods. The image of a goose is also a script sign and was used to write the term "son." This term was an important part of the royal titulary system, as in the title "Son of Re (sun god)." |
