lZT^". Double or "Show" Dahlias.
A. D. Livoni. Beautiful soft pink with quilled petals. A grand exhibition variety.
Arabella. Large, pale primrose, tipped old rose and lavender.
Bird of Passage. Eich carmine-rose, shaded silvery white.
Countess. Shell-pinii, tipped deep carmine.
Density. The petals are so densely arranged that they will last, when cut, longer
than any other Dahlia. The color is a beautiful deep pinli.
Duchess of Cambridge. White, suffused pink, tipped and edged shades of purple.
Emily. One of the best; varies from rosy lavender to white, suffused lavender.
Frank Smith. Rich, dark purplish maroon, tipped pinkish white. Very unique.
Golden Canary. Eich canary yellow, large handsome (lowers. A grand variety.
Hector. Large, orange-scarlet; identical with King of '91. One of the very best.
John Sladden. Perfect form, large dark maroon, almost black. A splendid sort.
La France. Clear lavender-pink, shell-pink at centre. An exquisite variety.
Lucy Fawcett. Canary-yellow, striped wine color. Very large and handsome Dahlia.
Margaret Bruant. Dwarf and free, pure white.
May Oakley. Of medium size, deep lilac
fuse bloomer; has long stems.
Miss Dodd. Dwarf, large, pure yellow.
Miss May Lomas. Pure white, delicatel;
suffused soft rosy lavender.
Mrs. Langtry. .See cutand special description
Mrs. Peary. Light canary, tipped
rose, large globular flowers.
Prince Bismarck. Very large, deep
rich purple.
Princess Bonnie. Creamy white, light
pink centre, shaded straw color.
Psyche. Pale primrose, shaded rose ;
a dwarf branching plant, and one
of the most profuse bloomers.
Purity, Clear white.
Ruby Queen. Clear ruby red, richly
shaded ; a general favorite.
Saturn. Eich cardinal-red ; a mag-
nificent variety.

Souv. de Mme. Moreau. Immense
size, deep pink, perfect form.
Storm King. (See cut.)
Uncertainty. Deep crimson varie-
gated with pure white.
Village Maid. Primrose-yellow, suf-
fused rosy carmine.

DOUBLE DAHLIA,
SNOW.
FERN-LEAVED BEAUTY. A
new and distinct type with fern-
like foliage and a dwarf branch-
ing habit; color, creamy white,
with a distinct margin of crim-
son around each petal. Price,
20c. each, $2.00 per doz.
GILT EDGE. A variety some-
what similar in character to the
above. The markings are white
and gold, the latter shade being
on the outer edge of each petal.
Price, 20c. each, $2.00 per doz.
MRS. LANGTRY. A very hand-
some variety, containing a strik-
ing combination of shades. The
main color is rich creamy white,
tipped reddish pink and marked
on the edge with distlnctpurplish
crimson. A strong grower and
very profuse bloomer. (See cui.)
Price, 20c. each, $2.00 per doz.
STORM KING. An early, profuse and constant bloomer ; a strong
grower, of dwarf habit. Snow-white, of perfect form, and full to
the centre. It is far ahead of any other. (See cut.) Strong plants,
ready April 15th. Price, 25c. each, $2.25 per doz.
SNOTW. A magnificent snow-white, large-flowering Dahlia; fine sub-
stance, perfect form, long stems and a healthy grower. A very
ornamental variety. (See cut.) Price, 20c. each, $2.00 per doz.
Twelve Best Pompone Dahlias.
These differ from the Large varieties in being more dwarf in growth,
with smaller fiowers and added profusion of bloom.
AchiUes. Beautiful pure pink.
Beauty Inconstant. Eich yellow,
striped vermilion.
Ben Butler. Crimson-maroon.
Black Dwarf. Maroon.
Fanny Weiner. Wliite, tipped
crimson. A vei7 fine variety.
Juliet. Orange and yellow.
Leila. Flesh, mottled crimson.
Little Prince. Eed, mottled crim-
son, sometimes tipped white.
Little Valentine. Eich scarlet.
Miss L. Kramer. Carmine-red.
Snowclad. Pure white.
Sunshine. A grand scarlet. Perfect
form, grand habit, free bloomer.

dom of bloom, adaptability for bouquets, decorations and wherever cut flowers
used They are certainly extremely useful for all the foregoing purposes.
