Опис: Прапором Генеральної прокуратури України є прямокутне полотнище темно-синього кольору зі співвідношенням ширини до довжини 2:3. У центрі полотнища розміщено зображення емблеми Генеральної прокуратури України. Зображення емблеми становить 1/2 ширини полотнища.
