English: George Street, Croydon To the far left of picture are the few remaining Victorian buildings in this section of George Street. Towards the centre of picture, a tram is at the temporary Dingwall Road stop (10th-31st August 2009). On a good day, trams can sail past this point at 50kph, whilst road traffic is restricted to 20mph. It will be a few weeks until the "good days" return. |
