Summary[edit]

Description
English: Navy Capt. John Heckmann and Navy Capt. Robert Fahey render a salute during a change of command ceremony. The ceremony marked an end to Fahey's tour of duty. Fahey, who took command as Commander, Combined Joint Task Force-Horn of Africa (CJTF-HOA) in July of 2006, was the first Navy officer for Camp Lemonier. During his tenure, Fahey supervised the transition of the camp from a Marine Corps expeditionary base to a Navy camp.
