Summary[edit]

Description
English: Navy Capt. Robert Fahey speaks of his appreciation for the hard work his personnel gave during his tour as Commander, Combined Joint Task Force-Horn of Africa (CJTF-HOA) at his change of command ceremony. During his tenure, Fahey supervised the transition of the base from a Marine Corps expeditionary base to a Navy Camp. Navy Capt. John Heckmann relieves Fahey during the ceremony.
