Summary[edit]

Description
English: Maj. Gen. Riho Terras, Estonia's chief of defence, views a static display of various infantry weapons systems demonstrated by Soldiers of 2nd Battalion “Thunderhorse,” 12th Cavalry Regiment, 1st Brigade Combat Team “Ironhorse,” 1st Cavalry Division, at Crittenberger Multi-Purpose Range Complex during his visit to Fort Hood, June 9. During his visit, Terras visited two live-fire ranges and gained first-hand knowledge about the ins and outs of gunnery. Terras talked with leaders throughout the division about the First Team’s regionally aligned forces in Europe. Elements of 1st BCT, 1st Cav. Div., are currently taking part in a multi-national training exercise, Combined Resolve II in Europe. More than 4,000 participants from 14 NATO and European partner nations are participating in the exercise. (U.S. Army photo by Spc. Paige Behringer, 1BCT PAO, 1st Cav. Div. (released).
