Description
Deutsch: Salonwagen für den Präsidenten der Republik, gebaut 1923 bei Linke-Hofmann in Lauchhammer. Ausgerüstet ist der Wagen für den Präsident und seine Begleitung mit je einem eigenen Schlafraum sowie einem Salon mit Küche. Genutzt haben das Fahrzeug die Präsidenten Pedro Aguirre Cerda, Juán Antonio Ríos, Gabriel Gonzáles Videla, Carlos Ibáñez del Campo, Jorge Alessandri Rodriguez, Eduardo Frei Montalva, Salvador Allende Gossens und Patricio Aylwin Azócar. Im Lauf der langen Betriebszeit wurde der Wagen mehrmals modernisiert, erkennbar an den schraubengefederten Drehgestellen. Im Museum steht er seit Februar 2004.
